The Pineal Gland

The pineal gland contains calcite crystals made of calcium, carbon, and oxygen. Because of their structure they are subject to the peizoelectric effect.

The peizoelectric effect: When pressure is applied to materials and this mechanical stress is converted into an electrical charge

Like an antenna, the pineal gland also has the capacity to become electrically activated and generate electromagnetic fields that tune into information. It can also receive information carried by electromagnetic fields.

This is then processed like a transuder that converts energy from our reality into signals in the brain. When activated the pineal gland is said to tune into higher dimensions of this reality. These can be turned into vivid imagery and surreal/lucid experiences in our mind.

The primary function of the pineal gland is to produce melatonin, a hormone derived from serotonin. Your body’s internal clock, which is set by the amount of light you get each day.

Melatonin is highest between the hours of 1 am and 4 am and induces rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, where dreaming occurs.

Pineal metabolites are connected to “mystical experiences”, as in Native American shamatic experiences and hindu samadhi.

Going further afield…

Buddhism speaks to the idea of reincarnation, stating that it takes 49 days from the point of death for a soul to transfer to a new body.

Could the two be connected?

Could the pineal gland be the gateway to your past lives and alternative dimensions?

Can you see the resemblance ot the pineal gland (alongside the reticular activating system and the thalamic gate [which is where cerebral fluid passes through in the brain, see Kundalini & The Energy Centres])?

What did the Egyptians know that we don’t?

The Fibonacci spiral, when superimposed over the brain, begins at the pineal gland.

Likewise, in Greek mythology, Hermes—stated to move in and out of divine realms, considered the god of transitions and dimensions—is symbolised by the caduceus. Two snakes (the symbol of kundalini) wrapped around a rod, mounted by wings.

It is theorised that this represents movement of energy up the spinal chord and the wings of liberation of the self when energy reaches the pineal gland.

The crown, finally, representing the conquering of self.
