
- 1 large scoop protein
- 1 small scoop creatine/psyllium husk
- 1 medium scoop l-glutamine
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon honey
- 1 frozen banana or the equivalent amount of frozen berries (mango or other fruits)
- For high fat switch for: Ice (5 cubes) + 1 heaped teaspoon cashew butter
- Add water until it’s the desired consistency
