How to Maximise An Ōura Ring

  1. Wear your Ōura ring for 6+ weeks
  2. Log into https://cloud.ouraring.com/ and discover your ideal sleep-wake cycle, habits, and routines, according to the weeks where your HRV, RHR, and readiness are optimal (see below)
  3. Explore other trends by plotting one variable against another

Note: Be sure to plot the trends on a Weekly or Monthly level—according to how long you’ve worn the ring. This allows you to pull average scores from a given week/month, mitigating natural day-to-day variables.
