Ever seen something for the first time, then seemingly can't un-see it?
It's always been there, it just wasn't relevant to you.
The reticular activating system is a natural mechanism that allows your mind to pick out what's relevant in the world around you.
What this means is, the clearer your vision, the more you will "see" what is relevant to the achievement of that vision.
Likewise, whatever you "input" into your mind will alter the lens through which you see the world.
Clarify your vision, and be intentional with the inputs that you feed into your mind; including your thoughts and beliefs.
Then let the reticular activating system do the rest.
