Group similar tasks, or tasks that require the same state of mind, together.

Allocate specific days of the week to specific projects to avoid splitting your focus.


Instead of completing a 7-hour tasks over 7 days, 1 hour per day.

Spend 7 hours completing the task in one day.

In doing so you can find a state of flow and eliminate the need to pick up and drop the task 7 times.
