The kicker: Your body doesn't know the difference between these real and mind-created events.
These thoughts trigger a chemical reaction called an emotion; which furthers feeds your thoughts.
This emotional-thought loop can chain you into a psychological prison or set you free into an etherial state of healing and growth.
By accepting future dreams as your current reality you set into motion a cascade of emotional and physiological responses that reflect this reality as your “now”.
Embracing these emotions before the event takes place also alters your genetic expressions making your body change biologically to be aligned with that future.
On the flip side, you may find yourself addicted to the very emotions that keep you in a state of survival, pushing the genetic buttons that causes inflammation and disease.

For a cell to make a protein, a gene must be expressed: These proteins are the building blocks of life.
Your emotional state alters gene expression.
Meaning, you can “turn on” genes for healing and growth. Likewise for inflammation and disease.

This is why you can feel someone’s emotional state.
Fear, grief or shame move slowly and have low vibrational frequency.
Willingness, acceptance and contentment move faster and are called middle-vibration emotions.
Love, joy, peace, and gratitude are high vibration emotions.
