  2. Write an affirmation, repeat it in your head until you believe it

    Example: Everything is falling into place

    Example: I deserve what is coming to me

  3. List your current primary goal(s) (stimulate your Reticular Activating System)

  4. Draft your to-do for the day (strategise over decisions or problems)

    Running theoretical scenarios: Internal check-in system for motion vs. action (what’s actually going to push the needle each day)
